Service Alerts

At Bearhawk we are committed to the highest standards in safety and service. Below you will find a list of our alerts, what they mean and actions required.

• AD Airworthiness Directive - An AD requires your attention. It may require immediate action or give a time frame for compliance. This is typically a structural change or part replacement.

• OA Operational Alert - These alerts are made when a change is needed in how our aircraft are operated. Example - Flap speed

• AA Assembly Alert - These Alerts are made to correct improper assembly or installation of kits and supporting products.

• PA Product Alert - These are alerts that are published to warn of a defective or dangerous condition for a product not manufactured by us but present in many builds. (Batteries, props, wheels, etc.)
