Terms & Notes

Delivery dates for kits are approximate. Some variation is to be expected, but a status report will be issued periodically.

Plans must be purchased from the aircraft designer, Bob Barrow, 2079 Breckinridge Mill Rd., Fincastle, VA 24090, 540/473-3661 ($285) prior to delivery of a kit. These plans, along with his newsletter and construction procedures posted on AviPro’s website, are necessary to complete the assembly of all AviPro Bearhawk kits.
No plans are available from AviPro Aircraft, Ltd.
A 10% deposit is required with the order of all kits. $1,000 of the deposit is non refundable. Deposit holds price for six months. If delivery is not made within one year because of customer-requested delay, 1/3 of the deposit will be refunded upon request.

Payment in full must be made by wire transfer in U.S. dollars, ten days prior to shipping the kits.

If a purchaser cannot accept his kit at the time it is completed, his position will be given to the next purchaser in line and his priority will slide back one position.

If a quick-build kit is purchased and the purchaser makes the decision to take the fuselage first and the wings later, a payment equal to 55% of the full price must be made prior to shipping and 45% of the kit price prior to delivery of the wings. Also, additional crating and freight charges will apply.

All orders must be in writing (mail or fax).
Prices are F.O.B. Austin, Texas. Freight charges are to be paid at the time of final payment.
