Wing Section
The Bearhawk wing is an all-aluminum, single-strut unit, which is equipped with a single 25 gallon fuel tank inboard in each panel. Provisions are made for installing optional 11 gallon aux tanks outboard of the strut attach point.
The ailerons and flaps are all-aluminum structure, but fabric covered for lightness. The flaps are broad-chord, conventional hinged units rather than the more complicated Fowler flap as seen on Cessnas. The ailerons are statically balanced and are fairly light and quick in flight.

All controls are cable, rather than push rod, actuated.

The wing kits come in three variations, from basic components to finished wings. We are sometimes asked about purchasing individual wing parts, like the ribs or the hinges: at this time we are not able to make those parts available, but this may change in the future, so keep checking back.
